So here comes the holidays…again. If you are anything like me you spend most of the time baking. This year I decided to speed up the process(and make my life easier) by having a second mini cupcake pan. This one by Hongbake certainly fit the bill and my first batch baked up beautifully. I definitely recommend.

Try impressed! This came well packaged, both the shipping box and manufacturers box were very sturdy. The pan itself is a true gem. It has generous handles and large silicone handles that make moving the hot pan really easy. It is quite sturdy, as compared to really popular, quality name brands. The enamel coating makes it soupy easy to clean with no weird little nooks or seams you can’t get to. It bakes very evenly and is pretty non stick. As a bonus, they send about 200 Kraft paper muffin cups, which was a nice little surprise. I love that the interior is a light color so you’re not going to get a tough crust as you would with a dark pan. Highly recommend this company’s products.

While I haven’t had the opportunity to use this muffin pan just yet, my first impression is very positive. It appears to be extremely well made and feels sturdy without being heavy. I especially like the handles, which make the pan easy and comfortable to hold and maneuver. Shipping was very quick. The packaging could have been a little more secure, but thankfully the pan still arrived in great condition with no damage. I’m looking forward to using it and seeing how well the ceramic nonstick surface performs.
