This is perfect for small batches. The baguettes came out crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. I put a small container of water in the oven to help with the crust and because it had proper ventilation on bottom of the pan, the baguette came out with a perfect crust all around which is one of the best parts of having it made homemade. It is great for warming the bread as well. Easy to store due to size and cleans easily with the nonstick coating.

Great pan for two loafs!
