This is great for making baguettes in and for the air to properly circulate in order to create a great crust. They are quite small tho and you need to keep that in mind. As you can see in my picture I didn’t and made them too big but they still tasted great.

I haven’t had time to use this yet as we have been traveling and just getting settled. It came without damage so that’s a plus. The one I ordered is for two loaves which is the perfect size for me. I would rather bake more often and have the bread fresh than keep so much of it in the freezer (there are only two of us). The picture shows three but that isn’t what I have. It is very thin and not very deep. I don’t foresee any problems with it.

Shipping was fast. It was packaged well considering it was sent by another company to my house which was a bit confusing. It works well and cleans up without any problems. Overall im satisfied with it. Worth getting if you like to bake.

I am not an overly experienced bread maker, but when making French loaves was disappointed by how much they spread on a cooking sheet. These baguette pans do the trick! I started with the first two loaves and then had the second two proofing longer on a pan. Then transferring them, they went wonky. I wasn’t sure what the pans would do, but they made the second two loaves look decent. I am so excited for these pans. Easy to clean and nice crusty bread.

This is perfect for small batches. The baguettes came out crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy inside. I put a small container of water in the oven to help with the crust and because it had proper ventilation on bottom of the pan, the baguette came out with a perfect crust all around which is one of the best parts of having it made homemade. It is great for warming the bread as well. Easy to store due to size and cleans easily with the nonstick coating.
