This is very nice. Ive been eating more salad lately and its tedious washing the lettuce. This works great. The other lid makes it so you can grate vegetables right into the salad. It comes with interchangeable graters of various sizes and a vegetable holder, so you dont cut yourself while grating. Easy to clean and the price is very reasonable.

More than anything I hope that it works correctly and dries the lettuce. Looking forward to using the mandolin part too.
