Planche à découper en marbre INOX Artisans

Gorgeous beyond my imagination!! This did take a tiny bit longer to get to me than most things I’ve gotten from Wayfair but TOTALLY worth the wait! This is a heavy piece of marble! It was bigger than I thought it would be! It was very, very, very securely packaged! The board has round, padded silicone pads underneath so no scratching countertops or tables! The mother of pearl inlay is out of this world! There is a very subtle shimmer or sparkle dusting throughout the cutting board—it’s nothing at all too apparent. It’s just a beautiful shimmer/sparkle effect, and I can’t help smiling when I look at it! It’s not a high polished surface but it is super duper smooth, which I think on this piece is even more beautiful! I chose to use this gorgeous piece on a round little table under a tiffany lamp I own. The light shining down on the cutting board is just GORGEOUS!! I took out the hanging cord from the hole near the top, and my lamp covers that hole perfectly. Plus, my lamp has a smaller base so I can still see lots of the beauty and shimmer of the cutting board itself sitting under my lamp! I’m attaching pics so hopefully it will help someone else! I hope the shimmer shows up! The mother of pearl inlay you cannot miss! Such great craftsmanship! Thanks Wayfair for this FANTASTIC product! Oh, I’m sure it would work great also for its intended purpose— for baking, cutting or whatever other need one may want to use it for! I was going to put it on my new kitchen countertops under my coffee pot, but I didn’t want to cover up that much of my new countertops! UPDATE: pics didn’t attach so I’m trying to attach pics again!

Such a beautiful piece. This is beautiful as a serving board. This can also be ised as a decorative piece. It is heavy so becareful placing it.

Nice surface, so smooth . I have never had a marble cutting board before. I love it- no more plastic melamine for me. I only wish it was a little bigger. The color is nice. This will be around for years with no staining.
