The central slot (for making the pasta sheets) sucked my dough into the machinery and it took forever to clean it out. I mostly wanted the fetuccini cutter and that seemed to work fine.

My daughter-in-law received a Artisan Kitchenaid mixer and various attachments for her 14th anniversary & she was so overcome by shock, joy, disbelief & very grateful... it was the ultimate surprise. She has always wanted one & she has recently been wishing she had a pasta maker..... her husband suggested the mixer & family members made her wish a reality!❤
