Perfect cover for our gas stove. There are some tabs to attach to the bottom that come with it so it won't slide. We have more counter space with the two covers. I use an electric oven and hot plate so the gas stove isn't needed, but the landlady wants to keep the gas stove.

The top works great for our stove. Though the box that it came in was absolutely filthy.

I like this stove-top range cover in concept and its fit on my stove (see pic). Itll give extra counter-type space sometimes. But, being metal, the cover gets hot if the other 2 burners or oven are on! The metal is thin, including the surface, which Id think would be reinforced, especially in center. Unfortunately, this and the fact that theres no food-friendly surface addition atop the metal makes it UNusable as a food-friendly prep surface. It IS scratch resistant! I like the conveniently included screwdriver, but dont drop the 2 tiny screws! Heads up that the handles threads are on its inner sides, not the usual centered - with such tiny screws, aim matters. After dropping it twice, I put the first screw on the screwdriver first, held it on, inserted it through the hole from the back, and screwed the handle onto the screw versus the other way around. Second screw went on easily. To truly multifunction it absolutely needs a second handle, which is what brought it down to 3 stars. The 4 rubber strips included for the bottom (presumably, as there are no instructions) are thin and Im not sure if they can withstand heat. Ill look it up first, or may have to buy separately. TBC... Overall, meh.
