Nice design heavy stoneware but unfortunately, they scratch very easily. Especially the lighter ones. I got a set of black and a set of beige. And the beige ones scuffed up pretty badly with the first use Up pretty badly with the first use.

Loved the plates. Great color and perfect size. However, one plate was chipped! What do I do? I can send you a picture. Thanks for your help. Barbara Capella

We used these for lunch and they scratched terribly from using forks on them. I have never had plates do this before. We tossed all the plates in the garbage.

These dishes have been my favorites, excellent price, excellent material and above all excellent style.

Simple, robust but elegant. I'll combine these with more decorated plates. I have not used them so no idea if silverware will leave scratches -but then, with a mat finish that is always the risk. Wayfair did an excellent job with packaging - it was like a Russian doll! [cream color]
