Love these as I wanted to make smaller loaves of bread. I made a carrot cake from scratch, had leftover batter that I used in one of these loaf pans, and it came out perfect! It lifted from the glass better than my non-stick metal loaf pans for my other loaves. Great weight to the glass as it will hold up over the years. The covers are a bonus!

The glass is thicker than I thought it would be, so I am pleased. There is no lead in the glass, too -- another plus! The lids are to be hand washed, but that's okay as I normally do wash plastic lids. I'm pleased with these glass bread pans!
