Highly disappointing. Covered in cracks straight out of the box. Although it’s smooth to the touch, there are multiple cracks in the glaze from every angle which tells me that it has nothing to do with the delivery service and everything to do with poor craftsmanship. I can’t believe I paid 27 for a busted looking mug. Not worth it
