This is a very thick, heavy, sharp knife. Great for meats, but a bit much for anything more delicate.

I love this knife. My friend's eyes got wide when she sliced bread with this knife. It is like no bread knife I have ever experienced before. What a delight to cut bread. You can actually get a nice and even cut.
