This review isn’t for the entire dish rack (which I’ve been quite happy with) but for the one piece that was missing in my original order. The original order was missing the cup holder, shown in the photos. I sent Wayfair a message letting them know about this one small missing part and after a few days learned that the part wasn’t available followed by a notice that they were sending a replacement unit unit (another dish rack). First thing on top of the packaging was the missing cup holder, which easily attached to my already assembled dish rack. Test fit shows taller mugsglasses fit best. Wine glasses seem to fit. Because of its location it’s the most likely to drip onto a countertop. Depending on the width of the mugsglasses I think one could fit 2 to 4 on it at a time. Also seems to fit water bottles and travel mugs decently. As long as they’re not too tall. 3 stars is for sending an entirely new dish rack for one small missing part. Suggesting I dispose of or donate the old dish rack, but not requiring me to return it (which was nice of them). If I was going to return anything it would have been the replacement unit minus the cup holder. I may donate the replacement or use it somewhere else, currently deciding.
