On my second Supreme plus in just over 2 years. First one was replaced under warranty just over a year ago after quitting during a descale using Keurig descaler (usually descaled with vinegar). Descale reminder has been constant with the replacement, despite being regularly descaled with vinegar. Today's descale caused the replacement unit to quit again. Appears to have overheated. I was able to disassemble the casing and reset the thermal sensor after doing some research. Working for now, but time will tell. I am super diligent in maintaining my kitchen appliances, but this Keurig model has been disappointing. Also note that compared to earlier models, the Supreme-Plus splatters coffee all over the counter around the machine. Researching other options for when the unit will inevitably quit again.

I bought the supreme plus model in Sept. 2022. Plan this model for obsolesce as other reviews I read tell me what I have experienced. It will fail around the 3-5 year mark. Frustrated to the point I will never buy another Keurig single cup maker again. It will power on but will not go into the brew cycle UNTIL I had to put it through 2 descale operations, unplug machine and hope it will brew after it has been powered on. The machine had been Descaled every 2-3 months depending when the descale pops up on the display.. Decided to toss it as I considered it no longer reliable enough but just very temperamental. We only use it once in the morning to make only 2 cups of coffee and thats it for the day.

this is my sixth Keurig in seven years and it's dead! supreme plus! yep supreme plus way to empty your pockets for sure , i'm not buying this crap anymore! i'm using filtered water , descale it regularly and so on but now i think they have some kind of kill date programmed in there so you keep buing lol

I have bought 4 of these Keurig's. 2 different models. They don't last. Right after the warranty period they stop working. Off to the landfill they go.
