Build your next recipe from chopped ingredients to freshly mixed batter with the KitchenAid Food Chopper and Ultra Power 5-Speed Hand Mixer Kit. These two appliances bring small-batch prep and baking together, whether you're making a savory sauce or a double batch of cookie dough. The compact food chopper has a 3.5-cup work bowl and stainless steel blade for vegetables, nuts, herbs and cooked foods. Two speeds let you adjust the texture for chunky salsa or smooth purees, while the drizzle basin lets you add oil or vinegar during processing for dressings and marinades. For mixing, the lightweight hand mixer offers five speeds and stainless steel Turbo Beaters without center posts to help reduce batter buildup. It handles heavy batters as well as cookie dough. Its comfort-designed handle and easy-slide controls keep adjustments close at hand, while the lockable 6.5-ft. swivel cord stays out of the way as you work. When mixing is finished, the ejector button releases the beaters for cleanup. The beaters are dishwasher-safe, so you can move on from your batter to the next step of your recipe.
