As a big brother to the smaller top-down chopper, this is much more capable when you need a larger job accomplished. If you have to pick between the two, then this one has much more flexibility on capacity. Having a portable, cordless chopper can allow you to work or prep anywhere if the main kitchen is too crowded at family and friend gatherings.

I'm very pleased with this food processor. It's powerful and its the perfect size for smaller chopping jobs. It blends ingredients beautifully too. I was a bit skeptical to purchase a battery operated appliance but I use this daily and am very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this works. The rechargeable battery is great, and lasts weeks, for me. I wish the battery was on the bottom, like a saucer-- the charger hanging off the back can make it tipsy sometimes. It works well and makes great mayo in small batches.
