Just as advertised! Very easy to use and makes an excellent variety of coffee!

Nice machine. But not cast iron. It is stainless steel. Also no plumbed reservoir option. Constantly having to fill the water reservoir is huge inconvenience. Check out other brands before you buy. I do not recommend purchase.

This was my second KF8 as the first one had to be returned due to issues related to the water delivery system. This unit was my second one in less than 4 months and I had to make a warranty call again as this unit has similar issues as the previous one. Someone needs to review quality/reliability standards on the KF8 manufacturing. Love my KF7 had it ~1yr and not issues, so based on that I will now try my 3rd KF8

I like everything about this machine, especially the ease of cleaning. It literally walks you through everything, and the steps are easy to accomplish. I use this machine A LOT, and am delighted.

We bought our first machine several months ago and have loved the coffee maker. However, it broke while still under warranty. We did receive a replacement machine, but it immediately broke and stopped pushing out coffee. So did the next replacement machine - immediately stopped working. Our third replacement machines worked for about 3 weeks, but it has now also broke. Everytime, it's the same thing - the machine creaks like a haunted house and only dribbles out a tiny amount of coffee. This is after we've done all the troubleshooting, like adjusting the strenght and grind. We have used the same coffee beans in all of the machines, so we can only conclude this machine has some serious design flaws. We are now without a working coffee machine AGAIN, and we have to wait 4 - 6 weeks for the next and 4th replacement machine because all of the various colors are on backorder. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience and purchase, and I would not recommend this machine to other coffee enthusiasts.
