Bought this 2 months ago. The large feeding pusher just cracked when i started shredding a block of cheese. Very poor quality.

Dicing kit is awesome! Helped so much when canning salsa. However, the quality of this food processor just doesn’t cut it from what I’ve come to expect from KitchenAid. Within the first couple months of owning, the latch broke off the lid/bowl and then eventually the handle just broke at the base and then fell apart. Really unfortunate, because the reviews of other brands with dicers are just awful about the dicing feature and this one works so well. Went to buy replacements for the bowl and lid and at those costs, you might as well just buy a whole new one. If only their kitchen table top appliances lasted as long as their mixers.

This is the most dangerous kitchen appliance I've ever used. The poorly designed latch pops off when grating cheese because the cheese can get stuck and vibrate the machine so violently that components fly out. I want my money back!

Honestly, this thing is amazing. It’s a total workhorse! It makes prep time so much faster. I’m into cooking pretty complex stuff, and this can handle basically anything. It even kneads dough for pastries, which is so easy that I’m probably going to end up gaining a few pounds! The dicing blade is another huge win—it handles cheese, potatoes, carrots, you name it, and it comes out perfect every time. But the absolute best part? Every single accessory is dishwasher safe. You’ve gotta love that! If I had to change one thing, it’d be the manual. It didn’t come with a physical copy, so I had to download and print it myself.

It’s ok. Cheese is ok. Veggies ok. Would I buy again? No.
