they are much larger than I expected, and I love them. I like eating out of them after I have reheated soups and stews.

I love these soup mugs. They are a great size for any type of leftovers that I can imagine eating from a bowl. Because of the lid, they are really convenient for storing and being able to stack in the fridge or freezer. The lid has a vent for when I reheat in the microwave. The handle makes a great way to handle the hot bowl and even sit someplace comfortable to enjoy my food. I like that it is ceramic and I can feel good about storing and reheating food in it. I love them!
