I bought this to cook a 9 pound prime rib and it fit perfect! Nonstick so clean up was super easy the rack is very sturdy and easy to remove with large handles. The tall sides in this roaster make it ideal for cooking large meals or roasts. I cant wait to use this again for my Thanksgiving turkey this year!

I got this pan so I can start practicing on how to cook my Thanksgiving turkey and it works perfectly for it! The rack keeps the turkey elevated so it’s not sitting in the fat and juices. I can also just use the handles on the rack to lift it out. I tried this pan out for a casserole and it worked perfectly and came out delicious! I love this pan because it is multi functional and I can use it for so many things!
