Love this coffee maker, straightforward easy to use. Keeps coffee hot no drips. Highly recommend this excellent product Update this coffee pot lasted less than a year as the bottom plate rusted horribly. I returned it in October as I had purchased the warranty. I was given the choice of a replacement or a full refund which I opted for the refund. I returned the item as per their request. I still have not received my refund as my account states that they are unable you access my refund. It is almost a month and I have spoken to two representatives. The second rep told me she would put in a ticket to their finance dept so they could correct the error and get me my refund. As of today still have not received it. I am extremely unsatisfied with this. Not the way to treat a loyal customer!
