Machine à Espresso professionnelle avec base La Pavoni

Excellent product. OK it’s not automatic. It requires you to grind the coffee yourself, and then pull on the lever more than once. That’s at least 5 minutes to get your first cup. But it’s worth it for a really good coffee just the same as you would get in a cafe in Paris or Rome (assuming you buy just-roasted coffee beans and grind them yourself). Another problem - you have to pretend you like espresso from friends’ inferior machines…

My second La Pavoni. The first one lasted over 20 years and always made the best coffee. There are some nice improvements in the latest model, but it still hews to the standard set by the storied brand. Buy with confidence.

Makes excellent espressos and is very easy to use and clean!

Very "manual". This is good if you the flexibility to tweak your shots. This is great if you have time and passion, but certainly not the cheapest or quickest approach if all you're looking for is a decent espresso. 14 or more lattes into it, I still havent mastered the 3-hole tip foamer.

If your looking for a authentic expresso maker look no further as this is simply the best.
