Batterie de cuisine antiadhésive en acier inoxydable 11 pièces Lagostina

I am very thrilled and happy to have this beautiful and sturdy and so glad that I bought them.

We bought these pots a few months ago and although they are great pots, you always have to wear oven mitts or you will burn your hands on the handles.

Après la première utilisation, le cuivre décolore. Les casseroles en soient sont super. Bonne grosseur, beau design et les aliments cuisent très bien! Par contre, après une utilisation le produit change de couleur. Le service client m’a dit que tout étais normal… « The process is called oxidization and happens because the copper combines with the oxygen in air and then gives up some of its' electrons which cause discoloration. » Je suis sincèrement déçu. Lagostina est supposer être une marque de « prestige » reconnue et satisfaisante…

I am happy with the quality of the metals of this set. Being a high grade stainless steel I know that it is a healthier option for cooking BUT they are unfortunately very hard to clean after. Especially cooking eggs, etc. (not non stick much at all even with butter, oil, etc) also the copper changes colour constantly, which may be normal for copper but just a review for those who may not know before purchasing. I did absolutely everything right and they turned completely hot pinky purple. I was panicking but then cleaned with white vinegar and salt and the colour are back thankfully. You do have to clean with vinegar and salt after every use as well as dry with a polishing rag or else they change colour. So they are definitely not low maintenance. (There is always dark streaks left on them after washing too) But if you don’t mind these things then they are great and beautiful if you look after them well and don’t care about non stick and streaks.

I bought a set for my daughter and her husband both trained chefs and they sing the praises of the quality and how easy to clean the pots. I bought myself a set because I was jealous and I must agree they are the nicest pots ever. So beautiful
