We were very excited about this pantry cabinet as the design and layout are perfect for our space. Unfortunately, when assembling it, we ran into a serious issue with the cabinet doors. The hinge screws snapped while tightening them — not just one or two, but nearly all of them. The tops of the screws broke off, leaving the bases stuck inside the holes of the cabinet doors, making it impossible to secure the hinges or use the doors properly. As this is a very large piece of furniture we were unable to build it right when it arrived because we were waiting on our old furniture it its place to be taken out. So we were very disappointed as we were told we were out of the 30-day incident window when we contacted customer service, as this clearly seems like a product defect rather than normal wear or user error.

This cabinet is beautiful! A little disappointed the doors aren’t soft close. It came in two boxes and has a lot of parts which took several hours to put together, but I couldn’t be happier with the way it looks.

Im very disappointed about this purchase, I think it was a mistake buying it. It was delivered to me with damaged box, but when i started putting it together thats where started the problems, a shelf was missing i supposed to get 2 shelfs with number4 i just got 1, not a decent quality, and the instructions are all wrong, wayfair got this thing sitting in my kitchen for 5 days already and still waitingfor the missing part, at this point I should just ask for my money back
