This cabinet solves a huge storage problem for me. We bought a much smaller house last year and I had most of kitchen items stored in my garage.
With that being said, the quality of this cabinet really is more on the junky side. It’s pressed fiber board with a thin, cheap layer of melamine on top. It chips easily. The doors will bring you to your knees, literally and figuratively, trying to get them even and flush with the cabinets. At one point I even felt the need to stop and cry. The schematics are not easy to follow.
We assembled the unit in about 6 hours. That included a breakfast break and an error fix that derailed us by about 30 minutes. We are pretty adept at furniture building too.
The instructions are mostly pictures. There were about 48 steps in all. You WILL need a second person to help and at one point I needed a third person to provide resistance for one spot that needed a locking screw.
Buy if you will, but I think it’s overpriced for what you get. Or at least what I paid, I don’t think I got the value for the money.
