This is a dandy kitchen helper. The cooking book provided had some great recipes that I look forward to using. This is good for putting together quick meals. The kids use it often and like it. Pictured Some of the food prepared with it.

Lexie Steam Cooker is a wonderful product, comes with a cookbook a tray to put food on, it’s a nice size steam cooker plenty of room for cooking multiple meals as you can see, I cooked the potatoes carrots in the steamer first 3 minutes longer than the asparagus salmon, adding the appropriate tablespoons of water per cookbook instructions (I might have added a little more water) I follow directions and do my on thing, seasoned as I desired. Delicious meal cooked within minutes, cleanup was a breeze.

This is a wonderful tool for the kitchen. Have to cook healthier. This is the way to go. Fixed fish tonight for dinner since my husband loves it. I don’t. But made it very easily. Odor is at a minimum. Clean up is a breeze. Will be using this weekly!

This steam cooker is such an improvement from the old plastic steam cooker I used to have. First, it’s made of silicone instead of plastic that leaches chemicals, it’s roomy, and it even comes with a recipe book. I tried steaming sugar snap peas in it and they came out perfect. All you have to do is add water, put in the tray, and close the covers.

This is a smart alternative for people who are concerned about plastic contamination when heating food in the microwave. The silicon is safe and easy to clean. I used it for reheating my leftover beans and rice dish. It turned out moister than when I originally cooked them. I also plan to try some of the recipes in the accompanying cookbook.
