Absolutely beautiful china but one mug arrived broken. Given that this was expensive china, I would have expected the packing to be much better. The mugs were packed in the small Lenox box which was then packed into a much larger box along with 1 small piece of bubble wrap and 1 air pillow sheet which was only half inflated.

received on date as stated when ordered. I have had the Lenox Winter Greeting china pattern for several years now its a perfect pattern for the holidays. I have ordered the WG Mugs before as always enjoying just looking at them as well as using. I'm trying to collect a few extra for my grandchildren/great grand so was so excited to get the set of 4 for the price I saw at the time I ordered. I didn;t have to think twice . They are beautiful and in my opinion the prettiest holiday pattern ever made. Thanks to WAYFAIR I was able to add a few extra for an excellent price. I was really shock..Thank you and Happy Holiday to ALL.
