Beautiful flatware! So nice that it can be used for formal occasions. Love it!

I selected this as a gift on 11/12 and was informed it would be delivered 11/15, and had it shipped to the bride's address. The ordering & website was easy, the price was good, and the follow-up/tracking was good until the product arrived in Concord. Per the tracking link, it remained here for 4 days. I reached out to the "chat assistant" at least 5 times as was told I had to wait 4 or 5 days as that's when they update or some such explanations that I didn't understand. In frustration I called Wayfair on 11/22 and spoke to Candace. She was wonderful, explained it was "lost in transit" and she ordered a new shipment which arrived in time for Thanksgiving. So, overall great job, but the "chat" follow-up was not helpful and I wasted time checking and rechecking.

You can use it for special occasions, and it is very detailed. Is something you enjoy to see and functional, is a complete set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Lenox spoons, forks, and knives for a while. The design of these utensils is quite beautiful and sturdy. So clean. However, they are a bit heavy. You can use any where. They are very convenient for daily family use. The stainless steel material is thick, durable, and has a shiny finish. I really like this product and will buy it as a gift for my friends on special occasions.
