Used it yesterday for the first time to make steaks in the oven turned out. Wonderful pan is easy to clean. I just love it.

It’s attractive but not the highest quality cast iron as I was hoping and it needs curing after every use. Even though I quickly wash and thoroughly dry it there is some pitting in the surface which will start to rust if not cured after each use.

I admit I have not made much use of this pan yet but I also bought a single handle pan of the same brand and it is my favorite for cooking a perfect steak. Seems to me, I should be making a pan full of Home Fries to go with my steak.

Just the right size!
