This is a very well made table runner. The top is made out of a material similar to velvet and the orange is muted and goes well with the other colors. The back of the runner has a soft faux brown. The fringe on both ends is made of the same material. I gave it as a gift to my friend.

Like that it is reversible...adds a rustic touch...love the colors!!! The pattern works for me as the center is plain....where I usually place a center piece....l was surprised by the green color.... bright! found a matching item to blend into it ....very happy with my choice .....suze, The Villages ,Fl.
