Great product and prompt delivery

I purchased this for my son's apartment, it was just what the space needed. The color is perfect and it had the right amount of pieces. He loved and appreciate it, and most of all the price was just right.

These are beautiful dishes. We were doing a kitchen remodel so I didn’t open these right away. When I did I noticed a hairline crack in one of the bowls. I’m not sure how it happened but it looks like it happened when it was manufactured because of the glaze line . I contacted Wayfair and I was even willing to purchase a single bowl so my set would be complete. They told me that it was outside of my purchase agreement and would not help me connect with the manufacturer so I could purchase another bowl. I’m very disappointed in Wayfair’s customer service. Now I only have 3 bowls. It seems like it wouldn’t be that hard to connect me to get a replacement bowl.

I like the finish a lot. The inside of the cups and bowls and the underside of the plates is more of a satin texture than the patterned gloss portion. Seems durable. No chips or damage. Packing was good with thick molded Styrofoam. The price was better than any other retailer at the time.

FedEx tore up the box and had it laying on its side instead up right as arrows show. Nothing broke but took 2 to unpack suggestion put a plastic sheet between box and styrofoam. So the top piece will slide out and box doesn’t require a knife and blind cutting. The dishes were nice. The plates not totally flat so liquid juices will pool in the bottom, but perfect coloring unlike bowls and cups where a light grey. Almost more misses than spot on.
