I always needed a butcher's cleaver but never thought to buy one. The quality of this knife is wonderful! It's sharp and has a good weight which is key for meat prep. I do a lot of cooking in the home and I like to make my life easier by having good accessories with which to work. Great cleaver and it works well with my Acacia wood cutting board, also purchased from Wayfair!

I just received this Cleaver, it is nice. But the cleaver is a little top heavy. I have to get use to that. Also, it is sharp...I hope with my care, it will stay sharp for some time.
