This espresso coffee maker does an Amazing job ! The frother steamer works amazing too! Well worth the buy!

Update: purchased the machine in February and for some reason the water hasn't been getting hot enough for full bean flavor extraction, shots have been sour. I contacted the manufacturer and they said since I purchased it thru Wayfair that they won't honor the warranty. Very disappointed.

The packaging was very efficient ensuring no damage while shipping. Assembly instructions were mostly pretty good. The pictures were super helpful, however, they lack some explanation in the “getting started first time operation. “ For example, the water needs to be primed by the pump, and to do that it must push the air out Which requires several start and restart attempts in order to prime the pump fully with water. The instructions don’t include this, and the general user might not be aware of what to do. Once primed, the system works wonderfully and quite smoothly. All components are well-made and fit quite securely making this a system that would obviously last for a very long time with proper use and care. The flavor is marvelous with a good amount of creamer. The manual includes several faqs if the grind is not proper. The packing tools ensure a perfect cup every time.

I love this thing, I’m not a coffee drinker i like chai lattes and hot chocolates and the steam wand on this makes good drinks. My girls can taste the difference between steamed milk and microwaved, what have I done. It’s simple, just read the instructions and care manual. No distilled water just filtered.

This espresso machine is amazing! The weight and quality of every piece is exceptional, and very heavy! Its compact size made it very easy to find a spot on my counter near a plug and water source. Startup and setup for my first cup was very easy although a bit time consuming, but next time will be a snap. I haven’t tried the milk frother yet as I need to get a stainless steel pitcher, but that will be my next purchase. Get this one, it’s perfect!
