Update Im dropping this cooker from 5 to 4 stars. The slow cook mode has high and low. High burns the food and its too high temperature. The Low setting doesnt even simmer the food. I have to babysit my dishes more than I would think a slow cooker would need. Great slow cooker! I have used this cooker several times now so that I could give an honest review. First of all, its pretty enough to leave on my counter since I dont have much storage for something this large. Its really nice. The first time I used it, smoke came out from inside, under the pot, and smelled similar to turning the heat on for the first time in the fall. It burned off whatever manufacturing coating was applied and it was done in about 10 minutes. So dont be surprised when it happens. Im having fun with this cooker because of the different settings. I can fry meat and brown it before I make stews. Then I flip it onto Braise to slow cook dishes and to tenderize the meat. It cooks evenly. Every dish I made in this, so far, has come out wonderful. Its easy to use, easy to clean. It seems to cook a bit faster and a higher temperature than a normal crockpot so be sure to supervise your dishes until you learn the way of your new cooker. It is different and once you understand it, it will help you make some delicious meals that can feed a lot of people. The lid is all ceramic so the handle gets very hot, FYI. The lid has its own stand to use so you wont be trying to find a safe surface to place the large, hot lid. It sits safely on the stand. I have not tried the different rice settings yet. Culturally, these may not be needed as much in the US as they are in Asian countries. But the options are there. I have cooked mostly beef in this slow cooker, so far, and the cooker made me look like a great cook! lol. I think youll love this slow cooker!

Beyond happy with this item! Beautiful in every way. The color is stunning and looks great on my counter top. Has so many different functions. I loved that I could sauté and then slow cook my food. It cooks on high or low and has a timer which I love since my old one did not have. I love the digital display. I was also excited about the added wooden spoon. Buy this it will be a great addition to you kitchen appliances!!

I truly have never seen anything like this it’s like a casserole crockpot. I’m very happy with this dish I never knew how convenient it is to free up an oven when cooking a big meal. (I’m new to this cooking thing) but now I do now and thank God! I love how easy it is to use and you don’t just have to cook casseroles, although it’s perfect for it. In my opinion It’s to shallow for a soup but you could probably do a nice chicken and rice meal in this. Also it presents well so you can serve right out of the dish. It heats pretty quick and even which is key. So far it has proven to be durable and easy to clean. I like it and I look forward to trying new recipes soon.

I absolutely love this slow cooker! First of all, the color is gorgeous and looks so beautiful sitting on my countertop. I originally thought I needed the 6-quart size, but the 4-quart is actually the perfect size for me. It has seven different cooking functions, making it super versatile and easy to use. The very first thing I made was smoked turkey necks, and they came out incredibly tender and full of flavor! I can’t wait to create more delicious meals and make so many amazing memories with this slow cooker. Highly recommend!
