[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Martha Stewart 22” griddle is wonderful! It has a large cooking surface, is easy to clean, and heats up very quickly. I like the grease drip tray which keeps my food from soaking in extra fat while it’s cooking. I only gave 4 stars because it ran hotter than expected. When setting it at the recommended temp on the dial, the griddle seemed to set at a much higher temperature causing a little burning to my food. I would give 4.5 stars if I was able since this is something that can easily be adjusted.

Love the features of a tray to catch your grease making maintenance of cleanup easy. Durability seems to be on the mark for a long life. Makes me want to cook more often.

It is a little large to store, but it is the perfect size for making hibachi at home. The heat is distributed evenly and easy to manage. I was able to give my child cooking lessons on it.
