This does not hold 5 cups. All the markings say it does, but it does not come close to filling up the 5 cup coffee maker it was to replace. Will probably seek help from Wayfair in finding something that will work.

We broke the original carafe that came with our coffee machine. This one is the perfect size for the two of us.
