Love it , arrived with chipped lid , appeared to be well packed, but hopefully will enjoy

Love LOVE LOVE that I can use cast iron on my flat top without worrying. Have only used for chicken so far, grilled on stovetop and finished in oven, was Awesome!!!

This is a very serious cast iron grill pan for the cook that loves versatility. It's non-stick coating allows for searing meats, seafood or vegetables to perfection and forms a beautiful grill crust without having to pull it away from the grids. The heavy lid is also a grill and can be used for panini, cuban sandwiches or any item that needs to be weighted and grilled on both sides. The pan has a beautiful porcelain gradient finish that is easy to clean and is first class all the way. It's heft may be a bit challenging to place in the oven for a final browning or to pick up to pour pan drippings over the finished entree, but all- in- all it is a superb indoor grill.

The pan is not as nonstick as I had hoped. It is a good heavy cast and I am sure it will last for a long time.

Ordered it twice. Gorgeous, super-heavy enameled cast iron; unfortunately, both pans and both presses were badly chipped.
