I brought the rocking santoku last year and it became my main work knife and I have a nice collection of other knives. So I thought it would be nice to acquire another knife in the series. And, yes, it’s a wonderful knife to use. Of course it was razor sharp on arrival. I would expect nothing less from Miyabi. I’ve used it at work for a month now and it makes my prep work a pleasure. I’ve also received several compliments on how it looks. You can’t go wrong with this knife.

THIS KNIFE IS FREAKING INSANE !!!!!!!!!!!! This is a whole 'nother level of sharp. 1-handed push cut through sourdough boule. Nuff said.

Good quality but not the sharpness. It's sharp but could be better.
