These knives are a dream, I have a couple of them and they’re my absolute favorite. I have a lot of joint pain and these are so light and easy to use, and comfortable to grip.

Excellent knife with an excellent edge. This is my third Miyabi and I love it. The grip, the balance, and the overall feel of the knife are excellent. I look forward to adding the next one to my collection.
