Couteau Nakiri Miyabi Birchwood

This knife was more expensive then a whole set of knives by itself. With that said, it chipped after a month We baby this knife, no dishwasher and dry it after wash . Crazy super disappointed

Have had this one and the Rocking Santoku 180 for about a month now, bought them from my local dealer. They are rock solid and do not back down in the kitchen.
