[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this come with a cup that is meant for this machine since it doesn’t come as programmable for cup sizes at use. The foam maker has given me issues with its whisking mechanism since use and has stopped working and I don’t know why and truly miss it because it was the best tool for this use until it began giving me issues. Everything else has worked excellently and it whips up drinks super fast!

Bought it about 2 months ago. I love it and you can even make hot chocolate in the frother. The only complaint I have is it's too short to fit my other tumblers. Please raise it about an inch or 2!

I am absolutely in love with this coffee maker. I have made all styles of coffee and foam and they are all fantastic. My only gripe was that the removable spinner in the frothier is easy to forget. I burned milk to the bottom of the cup when I forgot to put it in when I made hot foam shortly after purchasing the item. Now, the little spinner is missing - I have looked everywhere - I'm beginning to wonder if I accidently threw it away. I'm so sad! Is there a way to replace that one little part? I've only had this machine since my birthday about 4 weeks ago. Help!
