Terrible bad instruction missing pieces holes aren’t where they should be came scratched in multiple places missing screwsbolts pieces that should have already been put together aren’t together instructions for completely different model and the whole wheel to turn it is MISSING I ALREADY RETURNED ONE AND THE SECOND ONE SENT IS JUST AS BAD DO NOT BUY

The delivery driver DESTROYED the mixer. The carton is smashed and bashed to the point that parts of the mixer are sticking out. The main part of the frame is bend and crushed to the point it is unusable! This is NOT acceptable, and I don’t even have a carton to send it back! EDIT to say that FedEx and Wayfair did not send these things damaged, looks like they get them already damaged from the vendor. Many apologies to all of you.

This product is not as pictured. The product that arrived has an arm to rotate, not the rotating wheel as pictured. FedEx delivery couldn’t even bring it to the door; instead left it on the sidewalk. Assembly instructions were very poor.

I received the replace mixer: thank you Wayfair! The instruction booklet included with the mixer is actually for a slightly DIFFERENT machine, and the numbers on the bolt packages do not correspond with those in the instructions. Assemblers BEWARE!

Very solid construction, looks great.
