Great griddle I have only used a few times before winter kicked in My go to meal on a griddle is chicken fajitas I owned a previous brand before, but it deteriorated quickly, rust showing up, unequal heat distribution probably due to material thickness With my Napoleon griddle, cooking is more even and stays like new, no sign of rust or deteriorating My only remark is that I wish the edges of the sides and the back had a minimum of 1 inch height, so the food wouldn’t fall off while sautéing

It allows for versatility in the cooking, and gives me additional reasons to use my grill. It holds heat, and performs exactly as you would expect a heavy-duty cast iron flat top. MUST BUY!

We can grill up pancakes and bacon when it’s just too hot to cook inside or flip it over and grill burgers or chicken easily. When you cook with the griddle you don’t have to worry about flare ups or marinades making a mess in your grill. Clean up is easy with some coarse salt and hot water; the cast iron is a great investment as long as you care for it properly.

BEST Investment I made, now I have have half griddle an half grill. Love it, would be amazing to have a napoleon grill.
