I love everything about it except there is no drip tray when you brew single cups and the storage for the k-cup adapter on the back is useless. The removable water tank is great and it brews a good cup.

Bough this coffee maker about 45 days ago. It worked okay until it stopped making coffee about 1/4 the way thru the cup using a pod. It said "CLEAN". So, we tried the clean and it sprayed and bubbled hot water everywhere. After trying several other ooptions we called Ninja and they had us go thru the whole process all over again. The crazy thing is it would still make coffee using ground coffee but not pods. They told us to cut the electric cord and take a picture of the severed cord. They sent us a newer machine. It would not make coffee using pods. They sent us the new Pod Adapter. It still did not work, just bubbled hot water everywhere. We called again today and Ninja is shipping a new, more expensive model. I went on-line to review it and the reviews are not good for the new model. Fingers crossed that it will work and not breakdown like many of the reviews have stated.

Have had item for one month and so far everything about it is fine. It was on sale so the price was good

Quit working after 2 months. Shorts out when you press the classic or rich button. Stops brewing and resets clock. Girlfriend is switching brands after this.

My husband loves it; coffee comes out perfect and it's easy to use and clean
