Ive been using it for a while now and it works perfectly, especially for smoothies and iced cappuccinos. I was a little disappointed to find that (according to the manual) some blenders have a feature specifically for ice...something this blender doesnt have. Still, it does the job and I cant complain.

Had mine for 6 months and now the jug leaks so it's unusable and i can't seem to find a replacement jug, which would probably cost half the price a new one. What a jip.
