The 14" Asia wok coating has bubbled and is peeling off. Is this a warranty issue?

Poor quality - within months of PROPER usage and cleaning, my wok began to bubble and peel. The warranty is useless because who can keep receipts for every purchase? Do not buy.

This wok is absolute garbage. I agree with the other reviewer. They aren’t clear about what the nonstick coating on the wok is and it peels off when cooking. Dangerous stuff when you’re feeding kids meals out of it not known what kind of chemical carcinogens this thing is adding to your food as it peels off. They should have negative ratings on stuff or “do not buy” on this instead of a 5star rating.

Very bad non stick coating, flaking off after a year of light usage. Completely unusable now. Not recommended.

Delighted to discover my wok works on my new induction range. Nice handles don't get hot. Excellent warranty service when finish started to peel I was sent a new replacement. Would recommend.
