Parfait

Wonderful pan and it only took 15 minutes to bake - the box cakes will tell you 39 min for a Bundt pan but since this makes 6 mini it only took 15 min. One box cake made 8 1/2 cakes. (the 1/2 one looked like a swirl donut).

My wife is a baker extraordinaire and she bought this product at a local store. In the three times she has used it, the cakes NEVER come out of the pan in one piece, using butter, lard or spray, she has tried them all. If anyone has any idea on how to get them out of the pan without issues, please fill me in.

I purchased this bundlette pan x2 in 2021 and it was my first Nordic Ware Bundt pan. I love it! With proper prep the cake releases easily and the design is beautiful and when glazed or dusted with powdered sugar it looks so inviting and the pan's pattern is accentuated well. Now I am deciding if i should purchase the regular size bundt in this design or mix and match! Not sure yet, but I do know this bundlette pan is wonderful!
