This pan is absolutely outstanding. It heats very evenly, it heats easily, and it brown things beautifully. It's a nice size. It's ideal for cooking 2 to 4 servings of dishes. It bakes very, very well. It fits in big ovens and small. I am going to get the other cast aluminum pans from Nordicware. and I can't wait.
