[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tough stuff! Beautiful color and finish. Seems to hold up in the dishwasher without fading the beautiful finish. I can sometimes be put off my textured plates and Bowles but these are well finished so they are t scratchy or pokey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a long time Noritake fan, except most of my plates from Noritake are from the thrift store cause 1 they’re gorgeous and versatile and 2 they last. I did get the Place Setting selection and primary (apparently) use the bowl tbh. It’s perfectly shaped, it’s a gorgeous blue it makes all good food look even more delicious. Much to my boyfriend’s joy because he has long wanted a matching set. I’m inspired!

The reactive glaze creates darker concentrations of blue, lighter areas, speckling, and subtle vein like patterns that change from one piece to the next. The lighter rim adds just enough contrast and really finishes everything nicely. The dinner plate, salad plate, bowl, and mug all have a nice sturdy feel without being overly heavy. It settles into that range where it looks a little more special than basic everyday dinnerware, while still being practical enough to use regularly. I also appreciate that the stoneware is both microwave and dishwasher safe. I really like that the pieces coordinate without looking completely uniform. Those natural differences from the reactive glaze give the entire set so much more character than perfectly identical dinnerware.

It is very durable and the weight is what is should be because it's stoneware. Each piece is uniquely crafted so there's no two alike. The Reactive glaze puts the cherry on top.
