So cute, pretty easy to use. Even my millennial friends loved it! Seems safe also, but very very loud and takes a semi-specific type of ice. Might return, not sure yet.

Works out well for us . Makes a snow cone in a decent amount of time . It is a little loud from the ice spinning around

This was the worst thing ever. I’ve had other nostalgia brand items but this one was the worst. I opened the box as soon as it got here the kids were so excited because it was hot. I literally made one snowcone which took forever to make compared the one we had in past and it was so loud, I turned it off to make another one and it wouldn’t work, it lit up like it wanted to work but nothing. I double checked everything the lid the power cord, made sure nothing was stuck, it’s like the motor just stopped. Let’s just say we were all disappointed. Thank goodness for Wayfair customer support!

WORKS WELL, NOT MESSY, YOU WILL NEED TO USE BAGGED ICE, CUBES ARE TOO BIG AND WILL NOT CRUSH THEM

So far this was a great investment! My kids absolutely love being able to make snow cones on demand in this scorching summer heat! As of right now, the only complaint I would have is how loud it is when running compared to the last one we owned!
