I want to believe you sent me a used one instead of a new one that machine burned my popcorn the second time I waited tried it again 2 days later in which it still burn them it was not popping nothing I stop it poured out the popcorn they was burnt as machine burned bottom ofbottom was burnt as the bottom of the machine a waste, beware
